Terms of Service
Last updated 13 August 2026
Agreement
These terms govern access to Doclayer, including its monday.com app. “Doclayer” means the developer identified on the applicable monday Marketplace listing. By installing or using Doclayer for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not install or use the service.
Service and accounts
Doclayer provides evidence-grounded document review, citations, exports, and approved write-back into monday.com. You are responsible for your monday account, the accuracy of information you provide, and activity performed by authorized users in your organization.
Doclayer may update the service, suspend access needed to protect the service or other customers, and discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Customer content
You retain ownership of content submitted to Doclayer. You grant Doclayer permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. You confirm that you have the rights and authority required to submit the content and instruct Doclayer to process it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Doclayer unlawfully, interfere with the service, bypass access or usage controls, introduce malicious code, probe another customer's data, or submit content you are not authorized to process.
AI and legal review
Doclayer uses automated systems to produce review assistance. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not legal advice. A qualified person must review the cited source and decide how to use each result. Structured output does not establish legal correctness.
Plans and payment
Marketplace subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellation, taxes, currency, and refunds are handled by monday.com under its applicable terms. Doclayer enforces the features and review allowance of the active Marketplace plan. A cancellation takes effect as monday.com specifies for the subscription.
Privacy and termination
Our Privacy Policy explains how Doclayer handles data. You may stop using the service or uninstall the app at any time. Uninstall disables the monday connection, removes its credential, and starts the deletion process described on our Data deletion page.
Contact with users
Doclayer may contact account administrators and submitted contacts about setup, security, support, billing or subscription events, material service changes, and legally required notices. We do not sell contact information. Marketing messages, if offered, will include a way to opt out.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. Doclayer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will publish the revised date. Material changes will be communicated through the service or the contact details supplied by the organization. Questions can be sent to support@doclayer.ai.
