Request deletion

An organization administrator can email support@doclayer.ai with the monday account and Doclayer organization names. We will verify authority before acting and confirm the scope and result.

After uninstall

Uninstall immediately disables the monday connection and removes its provider credential. Marketplace installation data and metadata must be permanently deleted within 10 days. This includes selected source files, derived text and indexes, cited results, installation metadata, and customer content in operational logs.

Content submitted through a separate source is not deleted merely because the monday app is uninstalled. Doclayer retains installation data beyond 10 days only with the user's clear written consent or when required by law, and then only for the stated purpose and period.

The Marketplace app will not be released until the scheduled deletion worker and every external store have been verified against this policy.

Confirmation

We verify the requester's authority, prevent deletion from crossing into another organization or source, and confirm when the deletion is complete. Backups are access-restricted and expire through their normal bounded rotation; deleted content is not restored to the live service.
