How to use
- Open Doclayer Diligence from an item on your monday deal board.
- Sign in as a Doclayer organization admin, authorize monday, and connect the current board to a diligence matter.
- Select attached files in Browse, then ingest and analyze them.
- Ask questions with citations or run checklist columns in Matrix.
- Review the evidence, then publish approved issues or answers back to the board.
What to include
Send the monday account and board names, the approximate time of the problem, the action you attempted, and any visible error message. Do not email access tokens, passwords, confidential documents, or secret keys.
Security reports
Put “Security report” in the subject line. Include reproducible steps and impact, but do not access another customer's data or disrupt a production service while investigating.
